Geelong Swimming Club had another great outing at the Victorian Open Championships at MSAC on February 17-19.
The club was represented by 19 athletes who competed across the three day meet. We saw many finals and PBs across the weekend against some of the best in the Country (including some Australian Dolphins!)

- Evie Lee – 100 Back, 50 Breast (bronze), 100 Breast, 50 Back, 200 Free
- Maddy Fox – 100 Back, 100 Free, 50 Back
- Cameron Ricchini – 400 Free (B), 200 IM (B)
- Jessie Steinman – 200 Back (B), 100 Back (B)
- Ryan McGrane – 50 Breast, 100 Breast, 100 Free
- Nicole Briscoe – 400 Free (B), 200 Fly, 200 IM (B)
- Olivia Miller – 50 Free
We also had two teams represent the Club in the first ever Para/Able-bodied relay, with the team of Evie, Jack, Olivia and Brooke coming home with a silver medal. We can’t wait to compete in this event again.
